Keep your body and mind in balance
The classic Pilates method is more than just a workout. It increases your well-being and supports you in finding your inner center again. In combination with mental training methods, you can optimally harmonize body and mind. This balance supports you in the challenges of your everyday life.
This workshop combines two techniques in a completely new way: You learn to combine classic Pilates exercises with mental training. Learn how you can access and apply these techniques anytime in your everyday life.

We start with a new Pilates introductory course.
From January 23rd, 2023 there will be a new Pilates introductory course on the mat.
With a maximum of 6 people and the appropriate safety distance.
