In my free online meditations, you will regain your inner balance, for example after a stressful day. Through too much stress, the weaker part of our brain hemispheres can switch off and only one is working. Thus we get into a disbalance.
In my meditations I use calming and harmonizing music with neuroeffects, which activates your brain hemispheres evenly again and thus regulates stress. If you are constantly under stress and want to do many things at the same time, you block your ability to think and learn. Thoughtful and prudent actions become increasingly difficult. In such situations, we automatically fall into stimulus and reaction patterns over which we then have little control. Regular meditation, but also learning various techniques, such as sorting out your thoughts and consciously letting your body calm down, will help you to gain more composure in dealing with certain life situations.
